Our goal is to provide a smooth transaction for the customer. If the winning bidder leaves feeling that they paid a fair price for a good product, then we are accomplishing this goal. We have certain rules to ensure that the pricing can stay low and the expectations met...

1) warranty our laptops come off of lease from corporations. All sales come with a 7 day doa warranty. We thoroughly check all machines, any problems found within the first week of receipt will be covered on the warranty. We will exchange either the part or the entire computer. All sales are final, if we need to correct any issues, be confident that will happen. We will support the item even outside any stated warranty timeframe. Usually, we just charge for the costs of the parts.

2) payment please contact us within 3 days of the auction close. Most successful ebay customers take care of the monetary issues right away. The faster you pay the faster we ship out the product. We accept payment through paypal online, or direct with credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover, American express)

4) batteries working batteries are tested by booting up the computer and ensuring the batteries operate. We are not sure how long each battery will last. We will have options on most models to buy an additional new battery for an aggressive price. We will explain in the auction the condition of the battery or if it is covered under warranty.

6) expedited shipping if you need your product in quickly, we offer overnight shipping for $65 and second day air for $45 within the us only.
